OLGC Contest Rules
- Winners must be Ontario residents who are 18 years of age or older except employees (and their immediate families and persons with whom they are domiciled) of OLGC, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, contractors and representatives, and advertising, promotion and contest management agencies and authorized retailers of OLGC.
- Prior to any Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation prize package being awarded to a winner, the winner must sign a declaration and release form, releasing OLGC from any liability in connection with the prize.
General Contest Rules
- You (and the members of their household) may only win once every 60 days on one of our 3 Astral Media Radio Stations (1029 KLite, 820 CHAM and Oldies 1150)
- We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
- Prizes for pick up must be claimed within 30 days of winning. If you cannot make it to the Radio Station in the 30 day time frame, please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to an additional 2 weeks. No prizes will be mailed.
- All prizewinners must show Photo ID with the current address to pick up prizes.
- Should you need someone else to pick up your prize, please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so at (905) 574-1150. The person picking up your prize must have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Excluding OLG prizing.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged. Prizes are not for resale. Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
- Grand prize winners that enter a contest via qualifying or through ballots are drawn at random.
- If an event (concert, movie screening, show etc.) is cancelled, Astral Media is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
- Winners will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to all rules and regulations related to their prize.
- Astral Media reserves the right to reclaim a prize if all terms and conditions as written are not accepted.
- Astral Media reserves the right to terminate or withdraw a contest at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
- For all contests that involve entry through our website, we will only accept one entry per person unless otherwise stipulated in additional contest rules specific to a particular contest.
- Winners must be Ontario residents.
- Rules subject to change without notice.
Acceptance of Rules and Regulations
- By entering our contests, each entrant agrees to and is deemed to have accepted all terms, conditions, rules and regulations as written herein.
- All winners consent to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, and audio recording for publicity purposes in all media by Astral Media, its partners, their agencies and affiliates.
- All winners must answer a skill-testing question and sign a receipt/release form for proof of pick up.
