Matt’s Mother’s Turkey Hint:

1. cook turkey
2. freeze leftover turkey and stuffing
3. take out of freezer a day or so ahead and gradually thaw out in the fridge
4. once thawed get a pan and line with iceberg lettuce leaf
5. put thawed turkey on top of lettuce leaves and lay another layer of lettuce on top
6. cover with foil to seal in heat and moisture
7. put in oven for 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees
8. enjoy
