Matt’s Mother’s Turkey Hint
Matt’s Mother’s Turkey Hint:
- cook turkey
- freeze leftover turkey and stuffing
- take out of freezer a day or so ahead and gradually thaw out in the fridge
- once thawed get a pan and line with iceberg lettuce leaf
- put thawed turkey on top of lettuce leaves and lay another layer of lettuce on top
- cover with foil to seal in heat and moisture
- put in oven for 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees
