Brie and Apple Chicken Breast
1 chicken breast skin on bones removed except wing drumette
1 large slice apple peeled
1 slice of brie
Seasoned flour for dredging
Oil for cooking
Take chicken breast and insert brie and apple slice under the skin.
Dredge in seasoned flour and brown in oil over medium heat.
Place in 375 degree oven and roast for approximately 20 minutes check internal temperture for doneness 180 degrees in the meaty part of the breast. Remove from pan and let rest for a couple minutes. Deglaze the pan with a couple ounces chicken stock and finish with whole butter mounded in. Slice chicken and serve with sauce.
